Using Watercolor Pencils and Colored Pencils Not this semester.

Want to learn how to work with layering of vibrant colors in your artwork?  Then join us in this one day workshop.  The goal for each student is to explore various techniques using watercolor pencils and color pencils building up beautiful, rich tones and values.
Demonstration/discussion of basic composition using the Elements of Art and the Principles of organization.  Emphasis use of color as one of the most emotional elements of art.  Please bring in an 8 X 10 (or larger) photograph of an image you would like to recreate with watercolor pencils and color pencils.

Set of 12 watercolor pencils

Set of 24 color pencils

Vellum Bristol Board or hot press watercolor paper

Small metal pencil sharpener

Eraser

Inexpensive watercolor brushes

Masking tape

Tracing paper

Note *  Libby will be bringing in all the supplies but if the artist has some of their own that is great.
