BRUSH AND PALETTE NOTE PAGE: *Check out our newest teacher, Todd Bonita, teaching Oils *Please feel free to stop by when any of our classes are in session to meet the teachers and see our teaching area. *Up coming Student/Teacher Show July 12 through August 27 the watercolor students of Robert Steedman and the oil students of Mary Vermeersch are exhibiting their paintings at the Centennial Hall 105 Post Road, North Hampton in the main room. Paintings by all the teachers will be on exhibit in the front entry of Centennial Hall. The opening for the Student/Teacher Show, July 16 went very well. I am grateful to all those who made an effort to come and those who helped out with the show.
*Art classes being offered through October 2010 Mary Vermeersch will be teaching her daytime ongoing oil classes and her evening on going oil classes. Robert Steedman will be teaching his four week watercolor classes. Dustan Knight will be teaching her drawing classes and one day
watercolor workshops, different themes for each Tom Georgon will be teaching his one day Acrylic and Palette Knife workshops. Helen Hazen will be teaching a Pastel one day workshop. Libby Chase will be teaching three one day workshops. 1st in pen and ink drawing, 2nd in watercolor and watercolor pencils, 3rd in pastels using pastel pencils. Eric Ebbeson will be teaching one evening workshops on solving the issues of Perspective and composition in your work. Todd Bonita will be teaching a six week morning oil painting class using layering and glazing as well as a six week evening oil painting class using layering and glazing. *The possibility exists that children’s classes will be added. Any changes to the teaching staff will be listed on the website or sent as a notice via e-mail. If you would like to receive notices of upcoming changes, please send me a short e-mail with your e-mail address as the Brush and Palette is now fully paperless. *Classes will have to be paid by cash or check. Your check can be mailed to Brush and Palette Art Classes, 105 Post Road, North Hampton, NH 03862. If you prefer, the cash or check can be brought to the first class.
