Diane Crespo - Painting with Pastels

6 week Pastel Class

Monday Evenings 6pm - 8pm

September 14 - October 26th (no class on Columbus Day October 12)

Diane Crespo will be teaching you how to Create a luminous painting without using paint brushes! This class is great for any skill level. For the beginner, you will learn drawing skills while having fun with color. For the more advanced, you will continue to build up compositional skills while exploring more options with color.

Supplies for students to bring

-48 or 96 color Prismacolor Nupastel color sticks

(if you can afford the largest set, you will have a much larger color range)

-Art Spectrum Colourfix Coated Pastel Paper-

Cool Color Assortment' 9 x 12" pack

-an image you would like to paint

-Kneaded eraser-Prismacolor-Largest size

Vine Charcoal for drawing -thin, soft rag for your hands
